Below you will find the terms of use of the Kassel campsite. Terms of use, registration form and further information, also for the use of the motorhome site, are available in the download area at the bottom of the page.

Terms of use

These terms of use are an express part of the contract between the user of the site and Kassel 
Marketing (hereinafter referred to as KM) as the operator of the site.

1. arrival 
   Arrivals can only be made during reception hours: at the latest by closing time. 
   The pitch must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Please check out before departure.
   Please leave a clean pitch on departure, we will have to charge for any subsequent cleaning.
2. domiciliary rights 
   KM has the domiciliary rights on the site. The instructions of the camp staff must be followed, in 
   particular when allocating and setting up caravans, mobile homes and tents. 
   KM may refuse to accept persons or expel persons and vehicles from the campsite if this is in the 
   interests of KM and other users of the campsite. 
   In the interests of all guests, please avoid disturbing noise. Sound from vehicles is not permitted on 
   the site. 
   Night-time quiet is between 10am and 7pm.
3. vehicles 
   The general rules of the road traffic regulations apply on the site. Vehicles may only be driven at 
   walking pace. Access to the car park is generally restricted to users of the car park. 
   Vehicles may not be washed, repaired or serviced on the pitch. 
   Vehicles may only be parked on the allocated pitch.
4. cleanliness 
   We attach great importance to cleanliness, especially with regard to the sanitary facilities. Small 
   children up to 6 years of age may only enter the sanitary facilities when accompanied by an adult. 
   Please dispose of your rubbish in the rubbish bins provided. Leaving bulky waste and problem waste 
   on the campsite is not permitted. 
   Emptying the chemical toilets is only possible at the disposal point.
5. dogs 
   Dogs must be kept on a lead. Soiling must be removed immediately and disposed of in the residual 
   waste. The sanitary facilities are closed to dogs. The dog owner is liable for any damage caused.
6. Liability 
   Every guest is obliged to compensate for any damage caused by him or his guests during his stay.
   Gas Technical Inspection 
   If a liquefied petroleum gas system is present, the user must carry an official inspection certificate 
   and present it upon registration without being asked.
7. barbecuing 
   Barbecuing on the pitch is only permitted with suitable equipment that is at least 50cm high. 
   Furthermore, disposable barbecues are not permitted. Charcoal barbecues may also be used if there 
   is no risk of other guests being disturbed by smoke and odours. 
   Ashes may only be disposed of with the residual waste after they have completely burnt out. 
   Campfires may only be lit at the general fireplace. 
8. ground cover/ awning carpet
   The use of tent carpets is prohibited
